Integrex i-200ST 5-Axis Machining Center
This machine is based on a lathe spindle with all “Z” axis movements directed toward or away from the main spindle. It also has a “C” axis with 0.0001” incremental positioning. The Integrex i-200ST is equipped with a sub spindle having the same incremental positioning capability along with being synchronized to the other spindle and can be used as the tailstock. The “B” Milling spindle rotates left to right with 0.0001” incremental positioning. The “X” axis has 24” travel up & down and the “Y” axis has 9.84” in & out. The lower turret “TZ” axis has 9.06” travel with a nine position drum. Max turning diameter is 25.9”, the lower turret has a max of 16.5” xxx and a through bar capacity of 2” diameter.

This new purchase will allow Advanced Machine & Tool to enter markets formally not available to us. Additionally, it will allow some of our current work to be performed in a much more competitive manner. The group responsible to move us forward in this new endeavor is working towards full functionality with the new Integrix i-200ST machining center by February 2015.
